摘要
甘蓝型双低、高油酸、高产、稳产、抗(耐)病油菜新品种油研6号是通过杂交系谱集团定向选择的育种途径选育而成的。其杂交组合是根据育种目标严格亲本选择的基础上进行人工有性杂交,F_1采取多组合开放投粉方式,创造了天然复交机会,导入更多优良性状基因,为选择育种提供了丰富基因源;在选择过程中,分离世代采取系谱法定向选择,加快了优系材料的纯化;随后采取山区隔离种植开放授粉集团定向培育法,克服了因自交而引起的生活力退化,使种性得以保留和提高;在性状选择上采取田间选择与室内选择相结合的方式,把丰产性和抗病性严格贯穿始终,于中世代开始品质性状选择,并随世代增加选择标准提高,使优良的基因型得以保留和充分表达。该品种的育成,较好地解决了油菜品质育种中双低与高产、双低与抗(耐)病和双低与含油量的矛盾。为油菜优质高产选择育种提供了一个新例证。
Youyan 6,a B. napus variety with low erucic acid content.low glucosinolates content, high oleic acid con-tent, high and stable yield, and resistance(or tolerance) to diseases, was selected from the generations createdby directional pedigree and group selection method after cross. Parents was chosen seriously on the basis ofbreeding objective. F1 hybrids from different crosses were planted in the same field in open pollination to makenatural composite crossing opportunity and provide more gene sources for selection. Directional pedigree se-lection was used in segregative generations to purity the progenies, and after several generations. the selec-tions wete planted under mountain-isolation conditions in open pollination and directional group selectionmethod was utilized to ovetcome degeneration of the viability of the selections caused by self cross.Combiningmethod of field and indoor selection was also used in this breeding plan. Selection for fertility and diseases re-sistance(or tolerance) made in all generations and high quality selection started in mid-generations and its se-lecting standard was raised in accordance with the generation increased in order to obtain excellent geno-types. The breeding method of Youyan 6 sucessfully resolved the contradiction of high quality with highyield, high quality, with diseases resistance(or tolerance).A new example was put forward for high yield andgood quality breeding of rape.
