摘要
本文阐述了人们摄取食物纤维数量的演变趋势,探讨了食物纤维对人体健康的营养生理作用,提出了中国饮食结构中防止食物纤维摄取量减少应采取的对策。
This paper elaborate the developing trend of dietary fiber quantity intake or human body, and discusses the nutritional physiology effects of dietary fiber on the body health,points out a few countermeasures on protecting the reduction or dietary fiber on the food structure of Chinese people.
