摘要
用滇丰4号玉米做材料研究了4个栽培处理(A、B、C、D)在3个坡度(3°、10°和27°)上种植玉米微环境的变化。结果表明B处理(沿等高线+薄膜覆盖+秸秆覆盖+开沟种植)效果最佳:B处理构建了高产玉米冠层的微环境特性和冠层结构,并改善了叶片光合特性。生育期间3个坡度上B处理的平均细胞间隙CO2浓度始终大于对照(处理D),2002年平均比对照增加39.37%,2003年增加36.78%。2003年9月2日光合速率在12:00时,处理B比对照增加24.35%。经相关分析可知,各个坡度总体上玉米叶片净光合速率与蒸腾速率呈显著正相关关系。
Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of cultivation treatments (A, B, C, D) in slope lands(3°, 10°and 27°)on micro-environmental changes of planted corn (Dianfeng 4). The results showed that treatment B (contour + polythene mulch + straw mulch + furrow planting) provided the best micro-environment, with a high yield canopy and canopy structure, an improved photosynthesis characteristic of corn leaves. The intercellular CO2 concentration of treatment B in three slope(3°, 10°and 27°) was higher compared with control D, the increasement was 39.37% in 2002, and 36.78% in 2003. The diurnal net photosynthetic rate for treatment B at 12:00 , Sep.2, 2003, was increased by 24.35% . The correlation coefficient indicates a positive relation of the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate for different slope cand.
