重瓣黄刺玫嫩枝扦插的研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验采用塑料拱棚嫩枝扦插,12个处理,3次重复。研究结果表明,扦插时间、枝条部位、药剂处理等因素对重瓣黄刺玫嫩枝插穗生根有明显影响。在该试验条件下,采用塑料拱棚于6月初进行嫩枝扦插,利用枝条顶梢和次梢做插穗,用萘乙酸0.5mg·L ̄(-1)处理,可加快扦插生根,增加根量,插穗生根率可达到85%以上。 The item was studied under the plastic sheds in Zhuozhou.During experimentstwelve kinds of treatments were used.Each treatment was repeated three times. The resultsshowed that the cutting time, the cutting in different part of branches and different medicinesfor treatment had significant effects on the rooting of the Rosa Xanthina in the soft cutting. The treatment of the top or second part of branches of a tree as cutting with NAA0.5\mg.L ̄(-1)in June had a better result in the experiments. Under that condition the rooting ratewas over 85% and the rooting speed was improved much.
