摘要
本文依据近10年来的统计数据,分析跨国公司在华并购的现状,总结了其在数量规模、并购对象、并购行业、并购来源等方面的特征,在探讨其发展趋势及前景之后,从观念、政策、法律法规、行政管理、企业运营等方面提出了一些对策建议。
Based on the statistic date of recent ten years, this paper analyzes the current situation of TNC＇s M＆A in China. Then it identifies the characters of TNC＇s M＆A in China, including scale, industry, objective of M＆A and merger＇s nationality. After exploring the M＆A trend and background, it gives some policy suggestion including idea transition, law and regulation, administration renovation and company operation, etc.
