摘要
政府成本问题研究是我国政府改革与政府发展的需要,也是现代政府理论的重要组成部分。从政府成本问题研究的背景、现状以及研究中存在的问题三个层面上对目前国内学界有关政府成本问题的研究文献作一初步的梳理和总结,以期引起政治学界对政府成本问题研究的关注。
The study of government cost is the requirement of China＇ s government reform and development as well as an important component of modern government theory. To arouse the political academia＇ s concern over the issue, this survey is conducted of the present literature of the cost study by China＇ s academia on the three levels of the study background, present state and existing problems.
