摘要
资源型城市的转型已经成为中央政府协调地区发展的严峻课题。资源型城市转型的目的是实现资源型城市经济的可持续发展。而要达到此目标,需要进行产业结构的调整,关键是在资源枯竭前建立能够替代资源产业的潜导产业。
The transformation of resources cities is a serious issue for the central government to coordinate local development. The purpose of the transformation is the realization of sustainable development in these cities. For this purpose the industry structure must be adjusted, of which the key is to build potential leading industry to replace the resources industry before the resources become exhausted,
