摘要
目的观察突发性聋(SD)治疗中加用利尿剂的疗效。方法治疗及随访28例SD病例。对23例综合治疗中8例无效的病例加用利尿剂、开始治疗即加用利尿剂的5例,分别观察听阈变化及治愈(含有效)天数。结果23例综合治疗无效的8例加用利尿剂后4例有效、开始即加用利尿剂的5例全部有效,平均治愈天数(9.00±4.06d及9.60±2.87d)均短于未用利尿剂综合治疗的平均治愈天数(17.13±22.26d)。结论突发性聋的病理过程中,可能有内淋巴积水的参与,在综合治疗中如无用利尿剂的禁忌症,加用利尿剂可能有助提高疗效、缩短疗程。
Objective To explore the efficacy of diuretics in combined treatment of sudden deafnes （SD）. Methods A total of 28 cases of SD were studied. Of them 8 cases were additionally treated with diuretics because of inefficacy of a comprehensive treatment, 5 cases were treated with diuretics at the beginning of a comprehensive treatment, and the remaining 15 cases received traditional treatment. Results In 8 ineffective cases of the comprehensive treatment, 4 cases were effective after additional treatment with diuretics. Diuretics was effective in all 5 cases employed at the beginning of the comprehensive treatment. Conclusions Endolymphatic hydrops may be involved int the pathologic course of SD. If there is no contraindication to diuretics in SD cases, it is feasible to add diuretics to the comprehensive treatment. The cure rate could be increased and the number of days for cure could be decreased.
