摘要
目的探讨手部血管球瘤诊治的临床经验。方法1994年以来,我院共收治手部血管球瘤患者72例,确诊后全部行显微手术切除,术后病理证实。结果术后效果良好,随访3个月～10年,无1例复发。结论诊治的成功关键在于:血管球瘤的临床三联症表现,手术采用显微技术完整切除瘤体,是防止复发的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical experience for diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor. Methods Seventy-two cases with glomus tumor in hand had been treated in our unit since 1994. All cases were treated by surgical excision. Results All cases were better and followed up from 3 months to 10 years, without recurrence. Conclusion we think the success of diagnosis and treatment mainly depends on three symptoms of glomus tumor to avoid recurrence, the key point hes in the apphcation of microsurgical technique. All the cases excised under microscope without recurrence.
