摘要
通过分析电容分压式电压互感器的稳定性,指出了影响其精度的重要因素是电容器受温度的影响产生漂移,首次提出了用因瓦合金制作高压高精度电容器的思想,并通过分析与设计证明了其可行性,设计出了110 kV精密电容分压器,在-60~80℃时精度在0.1%以内.
This paper discusses the stability of the voltage transformer based on capacitive voltage divider, and dedicates that capacitive drift with temperature is an important factor affecting the determination accuracy. The idea of facture of the high accuracy voltage transformer using Fe-Ni alloy is given, and its feasibility is proved through analysis and design. Finally the precise capacitive voltage divider under 110 kV is designed, and its accuracy is achieved less than 0. 1% at temperatue -60-+80℃.
