摘要
针对沥青质含量较高的塔河原油,采用适当的改性工艺并加入适当的稳定剂,很好地解决了SBS与基质沥青的相容性及稳定性问题,开发出了符合JTG F40-2004技术要求的SBS改性道路沥青。对所研制的SBS改性沥青采用常规及SHRP方法进行了测试,并与其它原油改性沥青作了比较。结果表明,采用常规方法评价时,塔河油SBS改性道路沥青其针入度指数大于1,粘弹区域达9 3.0 6℃,当量软化点和当量脆点分别达到5 8.0 8℃和-34.98℃,具有非常小的温度敏感性,较宽的粘弹区间以及优良的高、低温性能。适用于更宽的使用温度范围。采用SHRP方法评价时,其性能等级达到了PG76-34,而作为与其比较的其它两种改性沥青的性能等级为PG70-28,同样说明塔河油SBS改性沥青具有突出的使用性能。
The SBS modified paving asphalt was developed from the Tahe crude oil containing more asphaltine. The problem about compatibility and storage stability between SBS polymer and the base asphalt were .solved by adding compatilizer and stabilizer. This SBS modified paving asphalt which was up to JTG F40-2004 technical specifications was evaluated by conventional test method and SHRP test method and compared with other SBS modified paving asphalt. The results show that the penetration index of SBS modified paving asphalt from the Tahe crude oil is more than 1, the viscous - elastic range is 93.06℃, its equivalent .softening point is 58.08℃ and its equivalent break point is -34.98℃ by conventional test method. So it has very small temperature sensitivity, wider viscous-elastic range and excellent high - low temperature performance. This kind of SBS modified paving asphalt is applied in wider temperature range. Its performance grade evaluated by SHRP test method reaches PG76 - 34. The performance grade of others compared SBS modified paving asphalt is PG70-28. These results show SBS modified paving asphalt from the Tahe crude oil possesses excellent serviceability.
