摘要
《中华人民共和国行政许可法》在总则中创设了一系列原则,并将其应用到分则条文之中。便民,是该法的一个显著特点。本文着重论述了便民原则在行政许可法中的体现,分析了立法中的一些不足,并为进一步贯彻便民原则提出了一些改进建议。
Law of administrative licensing of the PRC creates a series of principles in general provisions, and applies it to dividing clauses. Being convenient for people is a remarkable characteristic of tiffs law. This text expounds the embodimere of principle of being convenient for people in law of administrative licensing emphatically, analyzing some shortcomings in legislating, proposing some improvement suggestions to carry out the principle of being convenient for people further.
