摘要
根据波的线路传输方程,分析了变频器PWM输出过高的du/dt带来的波反射过电压振荡问题及其对输电电缆和电机的影响.对变频输出共模电压及轴承电流的机理进行了研究,分析了其对潜油电泵轴承寿命的危害.通过设计低通滤波器解决上述问题,并通过现场应用实例验证了其有效性.
The electrical submersible pump ddved by converter is presented in this paper. There is high du/dt in the output waveform of the converter, and it causes reflected waveform which will damage the cable and motor. The common mode voltage and the bearing current is analyzed and the adverse effects to the bearing is studied. Then the methods to solve the problems are given, and the practicality of the proposed methods is validated by the experiment results.
