摘要
通过对芝麻花序及花的发育规律进行系统的解剖学研究结果表明:芝麻第一花序原基发生于第2叶展平,第3叶露心时。花序原基在叶腋形成后,两侧先分化出苞叶原基,接着顶端变为花原基,花序中成花的数目与花序原基的表面积呈正相关,原基表面积大,分化花的数目多,反之则少。花原基顶端变平加宽后由外向内依次分化出花萼、花瓣和雄蕊、雌蕊。整个花芽分化可以划分为花序原基形成期、苞叶分化期、花萼分化期、花冠和雄蕊分化期以及雌蕊分化期5个时期。
The first flower bud of Sesame differentiated when the third leavies iappear。The whole process of flower bud differentiation can be tentatively div-ided into five stages After a inflorescence primordi-um is produced in the axil of leaf,it gives rise to two bract primordia and a tenunal fIower primordi-um. The number of flower primordia in each inflorescence relates to the sur-face area of inflorescence,the surface area is bigger,the number of flower primordia is more。The floral organs appear after the apex of flower primordia become widdened and flatted.The order of the development is calyx,coralla,stamen and pistil。
