摘要
该文论述了评价纸浆滤水性能的几种常用方法,还给出用SFR的方法评价纸浆的滤水性能,及其在生产中的改善方法。
In this paper, we discuss the theory of “Drainage time of pulp”coming from Tappi, traditional methods of drainage measurement which focus on gravity drainage and which do not take shear into account can＇t simulate the mechanism which control drainage in the papermaking process. This paper gives some methods, among which there is a new one. That is specific filtration resistance（SFR）, assessing the drainage function, and comparing itself with some other traditional methods. It is superior mainly because it has own theory foundation, which traditional methods have not, and the apparatuses basing on the theory take shear into account. Besides that, they can also simulate papermaking process approximately. Using dynamic drainage apparatuses to study the drainage function is this sphere＇s trend. Lastly the paper summaries some usual methods impoving drainage function.
