摘要
从教学难点出发,依据古今注家、医家的观点,重点对《金匮要略.黄疸病》篇第1条中的“风、痹、瘀热”进行了分析。在湿热黄疸的发病过程中,“风”邪仅为诱发因素,脾“湿”郁遏,是为基本因素,“瘀热”乃为重要因素。
From the viewpoint of teaching, to analyze the wind, dampness and stagnated heat in the jaundice disease of Summary of Golden Chamber, which based on the viewpoint of archaian and modem exegete. In the course of jaundice disease due to dampness and heat, the wind was only causative factor. The dampness was basis factor. The stagnated heat was important factor.
