胺碘酮静脉应用治疗重症室性心律失常的临床观察被引量：2

摘要目的探讨胺碘酮静脉应用治疗重症室性心律失常的疗效及转归.方法分析1995～2004年10年间住院治疗的重症室性心律失常患者56例的临床资料、应用胺碘酮治疗的疗效和相关问题.结果 56例重症室性心律失常患者经静脉应用不同剂量的胺碘酮治疗后,显效率为67.86%,有效率为26.78%,总有效率为94.64%,病死率为5.36%.结论胺碘酮静脉应用治疗重症室性心律失常,疗效好、作用快、无副作用.
