摘要
通过对我国专用大麦的生产现状、啤酒和饲料工业的需求及其发展趋势等方面的调查分析,并就我国“十一五”啤酒和饲料专用大麦的育种重点、消费需求、供给能力进行深入阐述,提出了“十一五”大麦发展的总体思路与目标。
Author discussed the current situation and trend of barley productions and developments, and analyzed the demand of beer and feed industries and the supply of malting and feed barley in China in 2006-2010. The goals of barley breeding and production were advanced.
