摘要
研究了不同浓度烯效唑包衣处理对黄瓜种子发芽、幼苗素质、叶绿素含量、根系活力、抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸含量的影响.结果表明,适宜浓度(20~60mg/L)的烯效唑包衣黄瓜种子,能有效地降低苗高、促进根系生长和干物质积累增加,有利于黄瓜壮苗的培育;在生理指标方面表现为提高了叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性和脯氨酸含量.烯效唑包衣处理对种子发芽无不良影响;供试的3种种衣剂以烯效唑浓度为60mg/L的种衣剂处理效果较好.
The influences of different concentration uniconzole in coating film on the seeds on seed germination, seedling quality, the content of chlorophyll and proline, root vigor, the activities of antioxidant enzymes of cucumber were investigated in present experiment. The results showed that seed film coating with suitable concentration uniconzole(20 - 60mg/L) could significantly reduce shoot height and promote the root growth and dry matter accumulation, which was beneficial to breeding vigorous seedlings. Meanwhile, it increased the contents of chlorophyll and proline, the activities of POD and CAT. Uniconzole in coating film on the seeds was no harmful influence to seed germination. The optimum concentration of uniconzole in coating film on the seeds was 60 m/L.
