高麸加酶替代玉米饲粮对肉鸡生长性能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of high wheat bran supplemented enzyme additive instead of corn in diets on growth performance of broilers

摘要 选用270羽AA雏鸡,进行为期49d(前期1~21日龄,后期22~49日龄)的饲养试验,研究高麸加酶替代玉米饲粮对肉鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响.试验表明,玉米组与高麸加酶组相比,日采食量和料重比分别降低4.44%(P<0.05)和5.91%(P<0.01).高麸加酶组与高麸皮对照组相比,采食量提高4.66%(P<0.05),日增重提高9.79%(P<0.01),料重比降低4.76%(P<0.01).玉米组与高麸加酶组相比,腹脂率提高47.76%(P<0.01),肝重率降低15.92%(P<0.01).高麸加酶组与高麸组相比,胸肌率和肝重率分别提高6.16%(P<0.05),22.52%(P<0.01),血清尿酸(UA)含量、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和血清磷(P)分别降低36.11%(P<0.01),23.34%(P<0.01)和17.00%(P<0.05),血清胆固醇(CHL)和血清甘油三酯(TG3)含量分别提高15.90%(P<0.01)和20.22%(P<0.05),血清T3含量提高58.47%(P<0.05),胰岛素含量提高52.37%(P<0.01),胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)提高56.50%(P<0.01). Two hundred and seventy AA commercial broilers were used to study the effects of high wheat bran supplemented enzyme additive instead of corn in diets on growth performance. The results showed: daily feed intake and feed gain ratio in corn group were decreased by 4.44% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 5.91% ( P 〈 0.01 ) respectively compared with those in high wheat bran supplemented enzyme additive group. Feed intake, daily gain and feed eficciency in high wheat bran supplemented enzyme additive group were increased by 4.66% ( P 〈 0. 05), 9.79% ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and 4.76% ( P 〈 0. 01 ) respectively compared with those in high wheat bran group. In corn group, dissected abdominal fat rate was increased by 47.76% (P 〈0.01) compared with witch in high wheat bran supplemented enzyme additive group. Breast rate in high wheat bran supplemented enzyme additive group was increased by 6.16% (P 〈 0.05) compared with high wheat bran group. Serum UA, ALP, P in high wheat bran supplemented enzyme additive group were decreased by 36.11% ( P 〈 0.01), 23.34% (P 〈0.01) and 17.0% (P 〈0.05),CHL,TG3,T3,INS,IGF-Ⅰ were increased by 15.9% (P 〈0.01), 20.99% (P 〈0.05),58.47% (P 〈0.05), 52.37% (P 〈0.01) and 6.50% (P 〈0.01) respectively compared with those in high wheat bran group.
