摘要
介绍了一种实用新型的锅炉吹灰技术———燃气冲击波吹灰器的吹灰系统构成及工作原理,论述了该技术的可行性和安全性及其在循环流化床锅炉的应用情况,并将该技术与其他现有常用的吹灰技术作了技术经济指标上的对比分析。
In this paper, the configuration and principles of the shockwave sootblower are introduced. The new-style sootblower of a blast pulse is an applied sootblowing system for boilers. With the analysis of the feasibility and security for this sootblowing technology, the application of this system in Circulating Fludized Bed Boiler are expounded. And the cost-effectiveness analysis among all sootblowing technology in common use are also compared in this paper.
