摘要
2005年3月以来,高校BBS普遍开始实行实名制。文章在分析高校BBS特征的基础上,着重探讨了高校BBS实行实名制的必要性,驳斥了有关对实名制限制言论自由的批评.得出了高校BBS实名制限制的是那些本就不该享有的、现实生活中也不可能享有的所谓的言论自由的结论;最后文章分析了实名制对高校BBS的影响,并提出应放宽注册限制,提高注册人数,进一步完善服务功能,拓展用户与校方交流的平台,丰富BBS讨论区的内容,提升站点整体品味等举措。
Since March of 2005, BBS in Colleges and Universities widely accomplishes Real-name System. The author tries to analyze the features of BBS in colleges and universities, on the basis of which the author studied the indispensability of this action. Then the author confutes the criticism on Real-name System＇s limiting the liberty on words and concluds that the Real-name System only limits the so-called liberty on words that one shouldn＇t enjoy and couldn＇t enjoy in real life. At last, the author analyzes the influence that Real-name System brought and comes up with 3 measures on this.
