摘要
在进行疏水阀型式试验中,将组态软件应用于数据采集系统,取得了良好的效果。本文介绍了在MCGS组态与运行环境下,为试验数据进一步进行处理提供方便的试验数据存储格式的组态方法,解决了处理繁杂试验数据的问题。同时探讨了MCGS与各子系统的智能仪表用串口同步通信的方式来采集数据的组态方法。
MCGS is applied in the data acquisition system for steam trap experiment and very good effect is obtained, expatiate the configuration way about data acquisition format for convenient data management of MCGS configuration and coursing environment, resolve the problem about the complex experiment data management. And discuss data collection configuration way with bunch gob synchronization communication.
