摘要
电力体制改革后,五家大型发电集团公司在对其下属企业的生产管理、在建项目管理、物料资源调控等方面的信息交换中,迫切需要采用一系列通用的信息管理软件(例如:BFS++,MIS,Q4等等),使规划设计阶段出现的系统、建构筑物、设备、部件的相关信息能够在后续的从建设、调试到生产运行、维护、检修直至退役全过程的生命周期中发挥更大的作用,成为数字化电厂。
Since electricity system Reformed, During the information exchange in production management project under construction management and materiel resources control both five generate company groups and their own enterprises , it is required that using a series of currency information management soft （such as BFS＋ ＋, MIS , Q4） It will play important role in all process from building, debugging , production , maintenance examine and repair to retired that correlative information of building , equipment and parts occurring the period of planning and design , they will become digital electric power plant.
