摘要
根据汽缸垫技术条件和性能的要求,研究了在确定的双面冲刺板时柔性石墨汽缸垫复合板材在不同压缩应力下的压缩回复特性和复合板材厚度及柔性石墨面材密度对压缩、回弹率的影响.试验结果表明,随压缩应力的增加、复合板厚度的减小以及复合板中柔性石墨面板密度的增加,均使复合板的压缩率线性减少和回弹率线性增加.本文指出:为了满足汽缸垫稳定的压缩、回弹性能要求,应注意复合板的厚度公差和柔性石墨面材最佳的密度范围的控制.
The compression spring - back characteristics under difference compression stress and the influence of thickness of composite sheet and density of flexible graphite plate as face plate on compression - resilience rate are investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that the compression rate decrease and the resile rate increase with decrease of thickness of sheet and with increase of density of face plate. In order to meet steady compression -resilience properties as cylinder gasket, the thickness tolerance of composite sheet and the density of flexible graphite plate should be control.
