摘要
使用现有任何一种滚磨设备加工滚柱轴承保持架都存在零件间的碰撞、变形或效率低等缺点。通过改进加工方法,使零件仅与磨料之间发生作用,从而避免了零件间的相互碰撞、碰伤,减小了零件变形,有效利用了离心式滚磨原理加工的高效优点。此外还就加工时磨料的选择及优化设计方面的一些问题进行了讨论,基本上实现了该类零件的高效、高质量去毛刺加工。
There are many defects of impacting between parts, parts deforming or lower efficiency in using any kinds of present rolling grinding equipments to remove the burr on roller bearing maintainer. According to the improving machine method, the parts only interact with the abrasive. So the parts impacting each other are avoided, impacting wound is avoided. The deformation of parts is avoided. The advantage of efficient of centrifugal rolling grind is effectively used. Moreover, the selection of abrasive while machining and some problems of optimization design is discussed. On the whole, burring this kind of bearing maintainer is realized by high efficiency and high quality.
