摘要
北洋初期的盐务改革,是在当时特殊历史条件下产生的具有复杂的多重特征的历史事件.改革虽然是凭借帝国主义债权地位推动的,但客观上适应了中国社会经济发展的需要,成为中国盐务近代化的开端,具有一定的进步意义.
The salt industry reform at the beginning of the Beiyang which was carried out under the peculiar historical conditions was a historical event with complex and multiple characteristics. Though the reform was propelled by the position of imperialistic creditor＇ s rights, it fit the need of the Chinese social economic development. And the reform became the beginning of the Chinese salt industry modernization, so it had certain progressive significance.
