摘要
目的:探讨采用鼻内镜技术切除鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)的方法以及手术疗效的影响因素.方法:对1998～2003年间在我科行内镜下NIP切除术并且坚持随访的23例患者的临床资料进行分析.结果:23 例均在内镜下完整切除肿瘤.除1例术后4个月复发后经鼻侧切开结合术后放疗治愈外,其余患者在随访期间均无复发.结论:采用鼻内镜手术治疗NIP有良好的效果，是治疗NIP的首选术式.但是,选择合适的病例、详细的术前检查、采用合适的手术方式等因素乃是影响手术疗效的关键,应予以足够重视.
Objective：To discuss the mehod,effect and the influence factors of nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma. Method： Retrospective analysis the clinical data of the 23 cases who received nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma. Result： Only one case had recurrence after four months and was then cured by a combined treatment of external nasal approach and radiotherapy. The other 22cases had no recurrence in the follow-up period. Conclusion：Endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma has satisfactory effect, so it can be regard as the first-selecting operation mode for the nasal inverted papilloma. However, it＇s essential to pay enough attention to such influence factors as choosing suitable case, particular preoperative examination and selecting suitable operation mode.
