摘要
以折光法为基础,利用一种新的调制技术,结合单片机进行信息处理,实现了锤度(糖液浓度)的高精度在线检测.通过模块化软件的选择,还可实现对味精浓度和造纸黑液浓度的在线检测,在轻化工业中具有广泛的使用前景.
A sugar concentration measurement instrument using modulation technology is described. The instrument is based on the principle of light refraction and coupled with a single-chip microcomputer for data processing. The concentration of sugar solution can be measured automatically with high accuracy. By the selection of software modules, the instrument can be used for measuring concentrations of monosodium glutamate and paper-making black liquor.
