摘要
针对垂直运动永磁直线同步电动机的特点,通过力角特性及稳定性分析,得出了功角控制策略.该控制策略将直线电机的稳定控制引入到最大推力控制中,通过控制电机的电磁力角,实现直线电机的速度控制.试验表明,该策略响应速度快、超调量小,有效地提高了永磁直线电动机垂直运输系统运行的稳定性、可靠性和电机的运行效率.
According to the characteristics of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) for vertical movement, the control strategy of power angle was obtained by analyzing the thrust-angle and stability properties. The stable motor control was introduced to the maximum thrust control by using this strategy. The velocity control was realized through the control of electromagnetic thrust angle. The test indicates that the response speed is quick and the over-regulation is small, So the stability, credibility and running efficiency of the vertical transportation of PMLSM are improved significantly.
