摘要
为了获得黑液水煤浆的烧结特性,对黑液浆和熔融温度同样较低的神木煤及黄陵煤进行了对比研究.通过对烧结灰和未烧结灰化学成分、熔融温度、矿物组成和微观结构等的分析,结果表明,Na是引起黑液浆具有强烧结特性的重要原因,Na有促进烧结的作用,S可能是对烧结起阻碍作用的一种元素.
In order to obtain its sintering characteristics, the black liquor coal slurry was studied compared with Shenmu and Huangling coals, whose melting temperature are both low likewise. The analysis results reveal it is great different in composition, phase forms and microstructure between the sintered and unsintered ash. It was sodium that led strong sintering characteristics of the black liquor coal slurry. Sodium has the function of accelerating the sintering process, but sulfur is perhaps a kind of mineral element refraining from sintering.
