摘要 联合作战要求作战资源、信息和力量实现"一体化",以最大程度地提高综合作战效能.而装备运用是作战力量的重要基础,是一项复杂的系统工程,对装备运用水平的综合评价需求越来越突出.应用现代模糊数学理论,建立了评价测度排序模型;提出了联合作战装备运用评价模型结构及指标体系.结合典型战役的装备运用构想,给出了模型的一个评价示例. In order to greatly increase the campaign efficiency, the integration of battle resources, information and power is required in the joint operation. The equipment deployment is complicated system engineering, and also, it is the significant basis of the combat power. The demand of integrated evaluation to equipment deployment is increasingly standing out. The paper applies the fuzzy mathematics theory of the unascertained measurement, founds the model of ranking to evaluation measurement, and advances the evaluation model and the targets system of joint forces. Moreover, integrating the evaluation specialty of representative weapon system, the paper presents an example of the evaluation model.
