摘要
基于PROFIBUS-DP总线技术设计了刨花板生产线控制系统,介绍了现场总线技术的特点,对PROFIBUS总线与PLC、变频器等之间的通讯相关技术进行了分析,对系统中预压机机械定位系统进行了重新设计,该系统已应用于刨花板生产实践.
The flakeboard production line control system is designed on the basis of PROFIBUS-DP bus technology, the trait of the spot bus technique is mainly introduced. The technique about communications between PROFIBUS-DP and PLC and frequency converter is analyzed The mechanical fixing system of the old preforming machine is redesigned with the effect preferably. The system is successfully applied in flakeboard production line.
