摘要
对氟素系列润滑剂耐磨性能及承载性能进行了实验分析,并在拉幅定型机、蒸化机、烘燥机、纺丝机、印花机、丝光机等纺织印染设备上对其润滑性能和使用成本进行了应用研究.实验结果表明,氟素系列润滑剂四球磨耗伤痕小于0.37 mm2,承载性能大于4 500 Lb,可降低设备维修成本、具有良好的使用性价比.
Abrasion resistance and load carrying properties of Krytox（r） oils and greases is analyzed experimentally in this paper, and lubricating property and use-cost is studied, utilizing textile and dyeing equipment, such as stretching machinery, brushing machinery, embossing machinery, etc. The result shows that Krytox（r） oils and grease can eliminate the polluted products and they offer a unique combination of properties that improve the operating condition, allowing plants to reduce costly maintenance and downtime.
