摘要
蜘蛛丝具有其它纤维无法比拟的性能特征,如同时具有高强度、可延伸性及生物可降解性等,这些特点使得蜘蛛丝在许多领域具有广阔的应用前景.本文分析了蜘蛛丝的结构及性能,综述了国内外利用基因技术人工生产蜘蛛丝的研究状况,同时阐述了蜘蛛丝在纺织制衣、医疗、军事等方面的应用.
Spider silk has remarkable properties, such as high strength, high elasticity and biodegradability. Such biomaterials can therefore be useful for many purposes. This article briefly introduces the structures and the properties of spider silk, descriebes several methods of artificial synthetic spider fiber by gene transfer technology all over the world, and indicates its application in textile, medical and military fileds.
