摘要
本文针对大豆分离蛋白生产工艺及要求,设计了一套以ControlNet为主的包括罗克韦尔自动化NetLinx三层网络的现场总线控制系统。系统包括罗克韦尔自动化公司A-B品牌的4个ControlLogix机架、EtherNet、ControlNet、DeviceNet通信模块、多个I/O模块、多个变频器和软启动器以及两个操作站等。系统居国内大豆精深加工行业技术的领先地位,达到了国际先进水平,使企业的生产水平及产品质量和国外著名企业形成同等竞争优势,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。
Acording to the technics require of spreading albumen from soja,deigned the ControlNet based Fieldbus control system and include NetLinx three lays network. The control system include 4 Rockwell Automation A -B Brand ControlLogix racks, some EtherNet, ControlNet, DeviceNet communication modules, some I/O modules, several drivers and softstarters and has two operators interface. The system go ahead the soja machining technology in our country,reach the ahead standards of international. Improved the product level and quality of the company , enable it to competition with the famous foreign companys, and make a great economy benefits.
