摘要
在造纸机的加压网前箱控制系统中,通常会出现强耦合和非线性的特性,给系统控制带来困难.针对这一问题,采用了输入输出反馈的方法,实现了精确线性化和解耦,并由线性二次型最优化方法得出最优控制律,实现了加压网前箱的状态及输入输出在设定的工作点达到稳定.仿真结果显示,该方法能很好地达到控制要求.
In the pressurized head box control system of paper machine, the characteristic of nonlinear and strong coupling always appears, and makes the system control difficult. Aiming at this problem, the input--output feedback method is used in the paper. The method can achieve precise linearization and decoupling. Then, the optimal control law is obtained via linear quadratic optimization method. This makes the state, input and output of pressurized head box stabilize at set points. The simulation result shows that the method satisfies the control demand very well.
