摘要
中药科技创新是振兴祖国医学、实现产业化的重要前提。现在很多中药企业自主创新能力弱,没有自己的专利品种,只能走抄袭、仿制的路,造成有限资源的浪费、低水平重复生产和无序竞争。构建以企业为主体的科技创新体系,发挥区域优势,打造中药企业集群,是发展社会主义市场经济,转变经济增长方式的客观要求。
The science and technology innovation of Chinese medicine is the premise of rejuvenating Chinese medicine industry. Now many medicine enterprises are weak in innovation and have to imitate others. Thus, many resources are wasted and production can＇t carry out well. Establishing science and technology innovation system and making good use of the advantages of different districts, developing Chinese medicine group are the objective requirements of economy development.
