摘要
本文简要地介绍了有关ＨＤＴＶ频谱利用方面的一些基本概念，如同播、服务区、接纳比等；介绍了美国对ＮＴＳＣ和ＡＴＶ服务区计算的一些考虑；最后讨论了关于克服“峭壁效应”的某些方法。
In this paper some concepts about HDTV spectrum utilization, such as simulcast,service area and accommodation percentage,are briefly described, the experiences of the FCC of USA for consideration about calculation of service areas of NTSC and ATV are presented,finally the methods of overcoming so-called 'cliff-edge failure' are discussed.
