摘要
本文扼要介绍国际上数字电视和高清晰度电视技术的现状与趋向。文章分三部分：一是数字电视的通信与广播有线网；二是数字电视的录像存储；三是高清晰度电视在美国、欧洲及日本的发展概况。
This paper briefly describes the present status and future prospects of the digital television technology around the world. It consists of three parts: (1 ) The wire network technology for digital TV communication and broadcasting ; (2 ) The recording and storage technology of digital TV signals; (3) The advances of HDTV technology in US, Europe and Japan.
