摘要
由于电子技术的应用,现代船用柴油机在结构、性能方面都取得了巨大的进步,这种进步在柴油机的特性曲线上得到反映。对此从特性曲线的凹凸形态、最大功率平台区、特性曲线图中工作区域的划分、与用途相匹配的特性曲线的选取、与结构相关的其他信息以及如何正确评定燃油消耗量等方面进行了研讨。并对外特性曲线的定义提出了新的见解;对带最大功率平台特性的螺旋桨设计点的选取、燃油限制功率的设定、燃油消耗量的计算等方面提出了新的看法。
Due to application of electronic technology, modem marine diesel engines have obtained much progress on their structures and performance. And the progress must be reflected on performance diagram of the engines. Investigation has been made on concave or convex behavior of curves, lug-down range for maximum power , operating area, matching of application with proper curve, evaluation of fuel consumption and other information relevant to engine design. Moreover, a new definition on engine outer characteristic curve is submitted in the paper. Some new points of view are also brought in on choosing of propeller design point, setting of fuel stop power and calculation of fuel consumption.
