摘要
目的探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)对治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法对18例70岁以上的老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床资料进行分析.结果本组18例获12～24个月随访,平均18个月,按王福权等的标准:优13例,尚好4例,差1例.结论动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗高龄老人股骨粗隆间骨折术程短、内固定牢固,符合生物力学原则,能早期活动,并发症少,适合各种类型老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗.
Objective The treatment effect of the general power hip nail （DHS） to rough thigh - bone fracture of elderly patients. Methods Analysis for clinical information of rough thigh - bone fracture of 18 to 70 years old elderly patients. Results The 18 cases were visited for 12 - 24 months in average of 18 months depended on Wang Fuquan standard：best 13 cases,till good 4 cases,bad lease. Conelusion General power hip nail （DHS） is a short course to fix and treat rough thigh - bone fracture of elderly patients so as to fix it and meet the biological dynamic principle. It is able to be active at early stage,decrease complication and suits the treatment of various types of treatment for rough thigh - bone fracture of elderly patients.
