摘要
阐述了对常规变电所进行综合自动化的改造的技术方法,以实现无人值班,应用远方遥控操作功能对变电所的设备进行控制。常规变电所要实现自动化管理,保证遥控动作的可靠性,必须对二次保护回路进行技术改造。
The comprehensive automatic reform in a routine substation was done for nobody to be on duty, for the purpose, a distant control operation function must be used to control the equipment in substation. It was pointed out that the technical modification of the secondary protection circuit must be done in order to achieve automatic management for a substation, and ensure the remote operation to be reliable.
