摘要
针对黑龙江省电网调峰运行存在的问题,以及燃气—蒸汽联合循环电厂具有对环境污染小、占地面积小、能够满足电网调峰和供热等特点,阐述了在大庆高新开发区建设调峰燃气轮机电站的必要性。
The necessary for setting up a peak load station of gas turbine in high -Tech. development area of Daqing city was discussed in view of existing situation of peak load regulation operation in Heilongjiang Power Grid in the paper.
