摘要
阐述一种新的制备银纳米粒子基底的方法,可使银纳米粒子生长到一定的尺寸,利用紫外-可见光谱和AFM研究该基底纳米粒子的尺寸分布和形貌,并对基底的SERS谱进行了研究。
A new method for preparing silver nanoparticles films was reported. It made the silver nanoparticles to be a certain size. The measurements of the UV - V is adsorption spectra and AFM show that the particle size and shape, the SERS spectra was studied.
