摘要
本文使用高效液相色谱首次对采自克孜尔石窟的颜料样品中的胶结材料进行了分析。样品水解后,进行衍生化反应,将测得的所含各种氨基酸与标准样品对照进行类似率计算,得知克孜尔石窟颜料中所含胶结材料为动物胶。
In this paper, HPLC was applied for analysis of binding medium of pigments from Kizil Grottoes, after hydrolyzing, sample were derivated, and then comparing results of amine contents of samples to standard sample, calculate analogy rates of samples and standard. The analysis indicated that the binding medium of pigments is animal glue.
