Bioinformatics study on gastric cancer-re-related genes

摘要 国外学者利用生物信息学技术和资源研究了WNT、TPARM、IGSF11、TMEM25、Tp53i5、prickle、TFF、Snail3、FMNL、CLDN23、MGC29506、MGC9753、FGFR2和FLJ10261等与胃癌有关的基因,描述和鉴定了基因的位置、结构及其mRNA与蛋白表达,有利于寻找胃癌诊断、治疗和预防的靶点。 This overview was about the bioinformatics study of some new gastric cancer-related genes as WNT, TPARM, IGSF11, TMEM25, Tp53i5, prickle, TFF, Snail3, FMNL, CLDN23, MGC29506, MGC9753, FGFR2, FLJ10261. They were identified by using microarray and bioinformatics, their structure, locus, mRNA transcription and protein expression were also studied. The results suggested that some genes(or proteins) maybe applied as the targets for early diagnosis and drug delivery of gastric cancer.
