摘要
文章指出了目前图书馆理论研究与图书馆实际工作状况极不协调的现象,分析了造成理论研究表面繁荣的原因&并从加强专业期刊管理、改革职称评定等几个方面论述了在图书馆建设过程中应务实求真,逐步完善图书馆理论体系,从而更好地指导图书馆的各项工作。
This paper points out the extremely incongruous phenomenon between the theoretical researches of the library science and the actual library working conditions, analyses the reasons causing the exterior prosperity of theoretical researches, and suggests the practical actions to be taken, such as strengthening the management of periodicals, reforming the system of title assessment. To avoid flamboyancy, to progressively perfect the theoretical system of the library and to fruitfully guide the library work in the construction of libraries is a pressing matter at present.
