摘要
入世是中国对外开放进入新阶段的重要标志,它加快了中国由计划经济向市场经济和自由贸易制度过渡的步伐。入世对中国食品农产品贸易产生重大影响,入世后中国食品农产品进出口贸易继续增长,但还存在一些影响出口的突出问题。目前我国必须在战略上把握农产品出口所面临的难得的过渡期机遇,充分利用WTO给予农产品贸易的符合多边规则的保护,努力完善食品农产品的出口政策措施,积极应对复杂的国际农产品贸易环境。
China＇s entry into WTO indicates that Chinese reform and opening steps forward to a new stage, which speeds up Chinese transition from planned economy to market economy and free trade system. Since China＇s entry into WTO, though Chinese farm products trade has been increasing, there still have urgent problems affecting import and export. Currently, we should take advantage of the protection of farm products trade from WTO in the transitional period and improve export policies about farm products so as to deal with complex international farm products trade situation.
