摘要
从分析企业文化内涵入手,研究了企业文化的激励功能。提出通过塑造企业文化个性,培养团队精神,开展以企业文化为导向的人力资源管理,培养员工创新、效益、竞争、学习和融合意识,实施CIS战略等5种途径实现企业文化激励。
On the ground of analyzing the content of corporate culture, this paper explored the motivation function by corporate culture, and proposed several means to realize such a function, including building up the feature of corporate culture, training teamwork spirit, managing corporate-culture-oriented human resources, creating employee's orientation of innovation, effect, competition, learning and integration, and implementing CIS strategy.
